Tracey Kopplin is a paralegal with more than two decades of experience. She complements the Lawrence & Bundy team of highly-skilled attorneys by providing a broad range of litigation support in a variety of complex matters from initial intake through discovery and trial. She has vast experience participating in evidentiary hearings, depositions, and internal investigations as well as mediations, arbitrations, civil jury and non-jury trials in the areas of employment law, including FLSA actions, as well as product liability, commercial, probate, corporate, real estate, securities law matters, and class/collective actions. In addition, she has experience in participating in jury selection, working with jury consultants, developing witness examinations, drafting pleadings and discovery responses, and designing trial exhibits and demonstrative aids.

Tracey's knowledge is supplemented by her experience as a paralegal at large international law firms as well as small to mid-sized boutique law firms, where she worked with attorneys to support a broad spectrum of clients, private and public, in both Federal and State courts, in the trial and appellate levels as well as before administrative agencies, arbitration panels, mediators and other alternative dispute forums.
