Course Overview

This course is designed to explain the prevalence of neurodiversity in the workplace and
to identify ways to better accommodate neurodiverse colleagues.

Learning Outcomes

After this training, participants will be able to perform in their role with an understanding of the following:

Neurodiversity and neurodivergent conditions
The relationship between neurodiversity and the Americans with Disabilities Act
Ways to better accommodate neurodivergent individuals in the workplace

Course Format

Accommodating Neurodiversity in the Workplace is offered in three formats:
