Fees That Work For Our Clients
Our clients want predictable fees that fit their business model. We are willing to think beyond the conventional concept of the billable hour, and work with our clients creatively to develop flexible fee arrangements that deliver added value and ensure mutually beneficial results.
Lawrence & Bundy offers fixed fees, contingency fees, and a wide range of flexible, customized fee arrangements in addition to hourly billing. We welcome arrangements in which our compensation includes a risk-sharing component, such as a reduced hourly rate or fee holdback, combined with the potential to earn a bonus for a specified outcome. Unlike some law firms, we are not resistant to traditional notions of “alternative fees,” and we leverage our thought leadership on the topic of fair and transparent legal compensation for the benefit of our clients.
