Kristen H. Wilder is the dedicated Chief of Staff to the firm’s Partner, Allegra Lawrence-Hardy. She assists with correspondence, client scheduling, and special projects. She is pivotal in supporting daily operations and delivering outstanding service to the firm’s attorneys, clients, community leaders, referral sources, and vendors.

A proud Spelman College alumna, Kristen earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies before earning a Master of Public Policy at Georgia State University. Her academic background laid a solid foundation for her deep-seated commitment to democracy and voting rights, which she fervently supports, as highlighted by her previous work with organizations such as Fair Fight Action and MomsRising.

Known for her passion for social justice, Kristen aspires to obtain a PhD, furthering her ability to advocate for meaningful change. Besides her professional and academic achievements, Kristen enjoys reading, trying new food, and staying informed on current events. Her expertise, enthusiasm, and commitment make her an invaluable asset to the firm and the community.
