Kathy Glennon specializes in employment litigation and counseling in the Atlanta office. Since practicing at Lawrence & Bundy, she has been an integral member of numerous client teams.
Kathy has represented clients in individual and class action discrimination lawsuits, as well as collective action wage and hour lawsuits. She has experience conducting investigations and counseling employers on matters such as employee discipline, terminations, and leaves of absence. Kathy has also reviewed and drafted employee handbooks, policies, and employee agreements.
Before joining Lawrence & Bundy, Kathy practiced employment law at Paul Hastings and Jones Day. She also worked as an in-house contract attorney at Cisco Systems, focusing on commercial litigation.
