Judge Constance Russell

The Hon. Constance Russell is an accomplished attorney with more than two decades of experience serving as a state circuit court judge on the Fulton County Superior Court, Atlanta Judicial Circuit. Fulton Superior Court is a general jurisdiction trial court. During her tenure on the bench, Judge Russell presided over some of the most complex civil litigation cases in the circuit including several that required weeks of testimony and millions of dollars in damages. Judge Russell has issued rulings at all stages of litigation on matters involving arbitration enforcement, discrimination & harassment claims, retaliation claims, employment and contract disputes, wage & hour, class and collective actions, workers compensation claims, product liability, corporate compliance, insurance coverage, data privacy, and a wide variety of tort claims, including products liability and wrongful death. Before joining the bench, Judge Russell practiced civil litigation and served as an assistant district attorney in Fulton County, Georgia. Judge Russell is authorized to practice law in all Georgia trial and appellate courts, the Northern District of Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is a current member of the City of Atlanta Civil Service Board.
