Course Overview

This course helps your organization cultivate a more respectful workplace culture. It combines a discussion of anti-discrimination federal laws with your organizational policies. Modified versions incorporating state specific laws are available.

Overview of EEO laws
Understanding and preventing illegal discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
Overview of unprofessional workplace conduct
Comparison between federal law and your organization’s anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, and anti-retaliation policies
